MASSOV Music Suite is operated by MASSOV Management & Entertainment Group ("MASSOV," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide a platform of tools for independent music artists, producers, managers, and labels. Our platform is accessible at massovmusicsuite.com.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email address.
• Profile data: Information you voluntarily enter, such as your artist name, bio, PRO affiliation, social handles, and payment preferences.
• Content you create: Split sheets, pitch entries, notes, file uploads, and other records you store within the platform.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns (non-personally identifiable).
• Payment data: Stripe processes all payments. We do not store credit card numbers. We may store Stripe customer IDs and subscription status.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the MASSOV Music Suite platform.
• To authenticate your identity and maintain your account session.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. split sheet notifications, signature requests).
• To process subscription payments through Stripe.
• To respond to support inquiries.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Google OAuth

We use Google Sign-In to authenticate users. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address as provided by Google. 5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Base44's infrastructure. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@massoventertainment.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services
